We will NOT email you with any other company's products... period! We do not now nor will we in the future, sell, rent or otherwise make your personal information available to anyone! The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor only when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Your order is routed through the secure Central Coast Nutrition website. Central Coast Nutrition is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such websites.

Our Ethical Policy

Our policy is normally to ship the same day that customers place orders with us. We do not do automatic charges on credit cards with “free samples” or on a revolving monthly basis as some companies that engage in scams do. We wish to make clear that we are also not the company Central Coast Nutraceuticals (check your spelling) as they are a “squatter,”and not on the central coast (of California) at all, that has caused us problems and much misunderstanding with people who are their supposed customers. This type of company buys a name that is similar sounding to the name of a legitimate company and then uses subterfuge as a tactic. Please be aware of who you are buying from so that you are dealing with the correct company. Scam companies will also use the same tactic with a particular product name, creating confusion in the minds of customers so that an inferior product is mistaken for a genuinely good one, or vice versa. Once these companies get your credit card number they are known to charge to it relatively small amounts that will often go unnoticed.

We charge credit cards upon shipping only with the order that is actually placed. What you order is exactly what you get. As for shipping, we charge no more than our UPS rate, with no additional handling. Always, we are reachable by phone. We do not hide our identity.

Our “Green” Policy

    Precycling and Waste

Herbal Products & Development has always practiced precycling, which is the using of materials over again until they are no longer useful and are then ready for recycling. For example, all our boxes and packing materials are collected locally and reused in shipping. We precycle for bulk products when we reuse glass and plastic bottles. We have also salvaged perfectly good boxes of containers that were going to wastefully be tossed. For certain purposes we use what is considered scrap paper for printing on both sides; we then shred throwaway paper for packaging material. All website orders that provide an email are paperless, with an email notification of the tracking number.

For cleaning purposes we use orange oil and Dr. Bronner's soaps.

We also consistently bottle our capsule products in one size so as not to produce excess containers.
